The Realty+ Flex Spaces Conclave and Excellence Awards, presented by FlipSpaces and published by Realty+ Magazine, is one of the benchmark industry events for the flexible workspace category in India. The 7th edition was held in 2026 and judged submissions across more than 20 categories.
What WorkEZ won it for. WorkEZ Helix in Velachery, Chennai, received the award in 2026. Helix is one of the newest flagship centres in our portfolio. The jury was not evaluating the WorkEZ brand in the abstract. The jury was evaluating what we built and delivered at one specific building.

Why the jury picked WorkEZ. WorkEZ was founded in the second half of 2019, which placed our first centres in the market just before the COVID-19 pandemic closed offices worldwide. Many operators of our vintage either retrenched sharply or ceased operations during the pandemic years. WorkEZ instead continued to grow, reaching 12 centres, more than 1.5 million square feet, occupancy above 90 per cent, and full-year profitability within five years. The ET jury recognised this as a category-defining trajectory.
