WorkEZ was founded in 2019 with the objective of simplifying how organisations set up and operate their workspaces. Since then, the portfolio has grown to over 1.63 million sq. ft., supporting more than 24,000 workstations across multiple locations.

WorkEZ began operations on 20 September 2019 with three locations, covering over 2.75 lakh sq. ft. and more than 5,000 seats. Today, the portfolio has grown to over 1.63 million sq. ft. with more than 24,000 seats across multiple locations.

Mr. Y S Sunil Reddy
Founder and Chairman
Mr. Sunil Reddy is an entrepreneur with over two decades of experience across beverages, mining, pharmaceuticals, and real estate. At WorkEZ, he leads the company's strategic direction and overall approach to managed workspace operations.
He has also been serving as the Honorary Consul for the Republic of Mozambique for Tamil Nadu and Telangana since 2020.
Mr. Prathap Murali
CEO
He brings 14 years of experience in real estate and sales, with prior roles at JLL, WeWork, and Smartworks. At WorkEZ, he leads business growth and overall operations, with a focus on expanding the company’s presence across multiple cities and new markets.
Mr. S Saravanan
Head – Finance
He brings over 21 years of experience in accounting and finance across sectors in India and Africa. His work focuses on financial planning, deal structuring, budgeting, and building systems to support business operations.
